dc310 Game End - Draw! - FuzzyLogic   (Oct 29, 2010, 9:13 am)
Whoops getting Sam's email right...

Chalk one up to the Juggernaut, this seems to be the text book example of what the Jugger is all about...  Steamroll from start to finish and walk away w the 2-way Draw.  Congrats to Lee and Stuart, and to Dirk for giving it his best to split up the unstoppable duo.  This one's a wrap!

It's been a pleasure for the few turns I got to GM it, was fairly light load what w only 4 players left in the game by the time I took over, and Austria nearly out already.  I look forward to end-game-statements from all!

See full stats on the website, www.diplomaticcorp.com?game=dc310

We're officially down to a 3-player game!

And what better way to start off a 3-player game, than with

France: Build 1

Russia: Build 2

Turkey:

Any of the above powers may remove their retreat instead if
they so choose.

dc310 update - FuzzyLogic   (Oct 04, 2010, 9:00 am)
Hey all,
Sam has notified me that he has to take some time off from Diplomacy...

So I'll be covering this game for the remainder!  Someone send me the current RP file please... and moves... well, I'm not quite sure which turn we're on but I'll see that just as soon as I have the RP file.  Then moves are due (for whichever turn we're in) Wed 10/6, 3pm Central!  Since ppl said in the public strings that they'd accept a draw only cuz of the game being in limbo, I don't consider that reason enough to call the game.  So we have 4 players here, moves due Wed!  If you all want a draw, someone can propose it this turn, and vote on it next turn just like normal draw proposals.

Note, this game will move along.  If you're used to having "bonus time" or whatever after each turn and turn in late, you'll probly find your units sitting around while everyone else is moving!  Note:  my house rules (now attached to the game) are now what govern any future decisions.  The excuse of "Hey, NMR's werent enforced for the first half of this game so they shouldn't be now" will not be accepted if you NMR!  Perhaps... "My dog ate my computer" or "I was kidnapped by an alien taken to their home world and left my Earth-communicator at home" will do better... but don't count on it.  Smile

Enjoy!

As this game has not had a major turn for 5 weeks, with no communication
from the GM in 2 weeks, I would like to publicly propose a DIAS. It is my
understanding that if we all publicly agree to this the game will be closed
by the admins and we can move on.

So, what do you say? Move on to another game? Replay to
dc310(at)diplomaticcorp.com in the affirmative if you agree.

Thanks,

Dirk

Hi All,
I vote yes to the DIAS too.
Like Lee, I would like to see this game through to its conclusion, but
the delays have become a too long and too often.

All,

I have voted yes to the DIAS. As much as I would like to continue I
cannot
wait 2-3 weeks between turns. Typically this was a game I actually
stood a
chance of winning, so long as Turkey didn't stab me first Wink

DC310 Fall 1905 Adjudication - Samnuva   (Aug 23, 2010, 5:01 pm)
Austria's influence slowly lessens as he gets pushed out of his last home center, becoming the only barrier between France and the East. Two retreats before winter:
Russian Berlin can retreat to Prussia &OTBAustrian Bohemia can retreat to Munich & OTB
Get those in by Tuesday the 24th, 9:00 ET (24 hours from now).

DC310 Spring 1905 Adjudication - Samnuva   (Aug 10, 2010, 11:05 pm)
It seems that our new france has had no trouble settling in, and even gets an early head start in the scavenging of Britain's centers. To the south, Austria finds himself in trouble as the armies of the east continue to push forward. No retreats, so we'll move on to Fall 1905, which will be due on Friday the 13th. If there are any problems, as always, let me know.
