The deadline for submitting fall 1902 orders is rapidly approaching, and I have only received one set of orders so far. Please don't forget to send in your orders, you have only about 24 hours until the official deadline, and a little over 36 hours until the practical deadline.
Prelims are strongly encouraged, even if you expect to have changes -- if something were to happen (even an illness or computer crash) and you couldn't send final orders before the deadline, it's better to have me adjudicate your prelims than to suffer an NMR.

France attempts to hold back the advancing Austrian army in both St. Petersburg and Munich. However, it seems that Germany is expecting -- if the game continues -- to be squashed by France with the game ending in a 2-way 17-center draw. So the Kaiser casts a decisive vote for an Austrian solo, not by word but by deed. Germany orders his army in Munich to move and supports Austria's move into that now-vacated center, and also cuts France's support for the Russian fleet.
Austria wins the game, having taken control of 18 centers following the fall 1908 moves. Congratulations, Niklas!
I would also like to thank the rest of our players for an intriguing game. The final RP file and game map are both attached for your reference. I hope to see you again in another game soon.

Sorry this is late, today is a very busy day at work. Even with the delay, though, I could not find orders from the Tsar.
France finally gets the upper hand on England, while Austria takes advantage of a Russian NMR to retake Rumania. And with the French fleet in North Sea busy against England, Germany pushes into Belgium. We bid a final farewell to England -- Michael, thanks for playing through to the end.
A total of four units are dislodged. Both English units can be automatically removed. The other two units have only one valid retreat, so I will go ahead and order those retreats -- Joe and Shawn, please let me know if you would prefer to retreat OTB instead.

Two units are dislodged and must retreat. Fortunately (for game flow, anyway), each has only one valid retreat, so I will go ahead and order them. Sorry for the 1-day delay, everyone, I was unexpectly absent yesterday. First things first, the Austrian solo proposal fails, so the game continues...
Germany takes punishment from both sides, suffering forced disbands in both Holland and Bohemia. However, France's attempted convoy to Norway is thwarted. French fleets do move eastward into both Barents Sea and Skagerrak. Austria largely stays in place, with the only movement towards Munich.
No retreats are due, so we move directly to fall 1908, which will be due Tuesday 7/8 at 23:59 GMT. If the US Independence Day holiday poses a problem for anyone, please let me know ASAP. Thanks!

Austria takes full advantage of Russian civil disorder, marching unopposed into Moscow and also reoccupying Sevastopol. France successfully holds on to Belgium, while Germany offsets its loss by taking control of Sweden. Bad news, everyone, Russia has gone into Civil Disorder with a second consecutive major season NMR.
Now to the action -- France retakes Belgium from Germany, Germany grabs Sweden from the absent Russia and destroys an Austrian army, while Austria waltzes into Sevastopol (I couldn't help it!).
Three units are dislodged:
The Austrian army in Bohemia has no valid retreats and is destroyed.
The Germany army in Belgium may retreat to Ruhr or OTB.
The Russian army in Sweden is removed due to Civil Disorder.
