answered. In all honesty if you are not going to play the game, then
please get the hell out of Dodge. Much time gets devoted to these
games and it sucks to have a player sit there with his thumb up his
ass wondering what the hell to do. I have made you sincere offers
and you still sit there. I am growing tired of this nonsense. I can take
getting taken off the board by France and Germany, but your actions
are singularly frustrating.

According to my house rules, neglecting to submit orders/adjustments on time means you've NMR'ed. However, I hesitate to deny three powers their first year builds. I don't know where we are with obtaining a new Germany. And, I assume, we will be given time to communicate with the new Kaiser. So, I need to make you aware that there is a strong possibility that I will be on Business travel next week from Monday (3/16) through Thursday (3/19). However, the probability that I will have email capability during my travel is good so I am not sure if their will be any impact to the schedule. Unless of course I do not have email capability, in which case, I shall be out of communication until Friday (3/20). Just a heads up for your planning process.
