Hey guys... I'm waiting on one final set of orders. I hope I receive them before I head to bed tonight so that I can get the adjudication out. Just a heads up for the rest of the game, though... I'm going to be very hesitant to NMR orders because this is meant to be a test for the map, and units not moving doesn't test it very well. So I'm going to be very annoying if you don't get orders in, and I will hope that will be enough to keep the game moving at a good pace.

Now, the first thing I need from each of you is the builds of Winter 2000. The way this game starts is you look at the supply centers available to you. There are seven supply centers in your home area. You will choose five of them to be your home centers. You may choose to build any combination of armies and fleets in your five home centers. Those supply centers you don't choose will become neutral centers and will have to be captured like any other center.

If any of you have questions about the rules specific to this game, please ask. There are a few creative things we've done to try to help the game run more smoothly and evenly.

Next Deadline: Winter 2000 builds (5 builds each) are due on Friday, January 8, at 1pm CST.
