WELCOME ALL!

To this our 133rd game of diplomaticcorp Diplomacy.

(ok actually it's our 134'th as Jason got his dc134 started before I did but who's counting)

To the pros in the group, feel free to skip to the bottom to get started and skip all this babble...

First off I don't know hardly any of you, so any intro's are definitely welcome... ME-- I'm 34 and live in California with my wife and two little kids. Thus all the deadlines I give you will always be in Pacific Standard Time, which has just recently changed to GMT-8. (2pm Pacific = 5pm Eastern = 10pm GMT) I'm a Physics major by schooling, but got into the computer world right out of high school and so now I build networks and dabble in web design.

My deadlines-- will always be for 2pm Pacific, and usually around a week apart. If that schedule does not work for anyone, let me know.

Being that there are lots of new players here, I've been waiting for a good game to use this title... There's quite a few new names, and who knows how many errors that will bring. Whatever transpires, if you do find yourself in a lurch, do remember that this game is never over... a 1-center power can survive to the end, and a convincing leader can turn the tides of even the worst results.

If you want to receive email feeds of any posts regarding this game, then go to the Message Board, and click on Subscriptions and subscribe yourself to the distribution. You will ONLY receive mail sent about THIS game, if you sign up to only this one forum.

Where do you send orders? TO ME: mike(at)southwall.com. Some people make the grave heir (hehe) of sending their moves to the forum. Only send them to me! I am on my email 24/7, so if you do not receive a "Confirmed" email reply from me within a day, then it is very likely that I did not receive them, and so do send again or find some other way to contact me:
