Hey all,
Lots of bounces this turn, and very little movement. In the West we have France putting up a great fight for his homeland, and even ousting the english from picardy, but they also lose MAO, which certainly compromises the French position.
In the East, we have a tidy little rotation in the balkans with no net center change from it, as Turkey retakes Bulgaria, Austria goes to RUmania and Russia slips in to Serbia.
In fact, no net supply center changes happen anywhere on the board. However, Russia still gets a build because of the destroyed fleet from the spring (remember that?). So besides that, it'll be a quiet winter for the troops. But before we get to Winter, we have Autumn or Late Fall, and two retreats need to be taken care of. English A Pic can retreat to Bel or OTB; French F Mao can retreat to Bre, Por, Spa (nc), Spa (sc), Wes, Naf, or otb. Well, and of course if either of those units retreats OTB, it would result in builds. My totals at the bottom of the email are given as if those units retreat to an on-board location.
