Hey all,

What a turn, ladies and gentlemen! Russia takes a hit in the north and in the south, while France fends off an attack on Belgium. With all the excitement, though, only Russia has a net loss of centers. Russia also has two retreats. F swe can only retreat to bot, and F sev can only retreat to arm. Of course, either or both could instead retreat off the board. While both the retreats and the builds/disbands are both due tomorrow at 8:00 AM CST, technically the retreats happen first. This means you can submit conditional builds based n the retreats (for example, "If Russia retreats swe-bot, build A smy; if Russia retreats Swe OTB, then build F Con"). Note though that Russia could also retreat Swe-bot and then choose to disband bot in winter.
