PREV Winter 1995 Adjudication: NEXT

Woah! Lots of confusing stuff going on this turn. My computer has been dead for the last 4 days, but today when I came back from class it was magically working again so I took the time to Adjudicate. I'll most likely be getting a new computer towards the end of the week when Windows 7 comes out (Did Bill Gates plan this?). Bare with me, Send your orders to me, and if I need Andy (AKA The White Wolf) I'll send him your orders and let him adjudicate it seperately.
