Firstly I've received no moves from India this turn. I checked the stats and I see that India has NMR before so he would have used any grace period if they were available in this game. Also my records show that India did submit moves for fall 1903 so this is his first NMR in a row (yes I know that statement sounds weird). If I receive no moves for fall 1904 for India - I will place Indai in CD at that point and then attempt to contact Alex about what he wishes to do about the position.

Secondly France's last unit is disbanded but France still remains in the game until Portugal falls to another power, he just doesn't need to submit moves anymore.
