PREV  Fall 1904 Adjudication:  NEXT

First - we must bid farewell to our French player. Farewell French player.

Seriously though, thank you Paul, VERY much, for taking on a horrible
position and playing it until the very end. For what it's worth, even if you
had ordered NRG to NWY it would not have changed anything.

That being said, I would like to caution you guys about writing your
orders. We had France with the wrong point of origin, but written
correctly and Germany with what MAY have been the correct starting
point, but I could not be sure since there is no space that fits GAR.

Russian A Rumania can retreat to Ukraine or OTB
Russian F Sweden can retreat to Gulf of Bothnia or Skagerrak or OTB

Okay since neither retreat impacts the center count lets do them together.
The map shows the units retreated Off The Board, if you want to see the
map with the units in pre-retreat positions pres SHIFT and TAB to see
it and then TAB to go forward.

Austria: Supp 0 Unit 0 Build 0
England: Supp 7 Unit 5 Build 2
France: Supp 0 Unit 1 Remove 1
Germany: Supp 9 Unit 8 Build 1
Italy: Supp 7 Unit 6 Build 1
Russia: Supp 4 Unit 4 Build 0
Turkey: Supp 7 Unit 6 Build 1

Now if Russia retreats both units to spaces on the board then
he must remove 2. If he retreats one unit OTB and the other to
a space on the board then he removes 1.

Since this game has some new players in it let me add this:
DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE retreating them both to spaces ON the
board and them disbanding them anyway nor keeping them and disbanding
two others.

If what you are going to build is predicated on what Russia does then feel
free to submit contingent builds.
