We bid a fond farewell to England and Russia, both eliminated at the hand of the German Kaiser, who completes his memorable turn by picking up five supply centers (+6, â€“1). Austria and India both fight back against their respective enemies, albeit with varying degrees of success while the balance of power continues to shift in favor of Germany and China.

Four units were dislodged, only two require retreats. I will adjudicate when I receive the retreats from Austria and China; the deadline will still be set at 08:00 GMT on 21 February.
