The the remaining French fleet is reported to have received approaches from squabbling English and German forces urging the French to help one side in Iberia. Further communications from England and Germany are encouraged.

The deadline for German retreats is 2000GMT tomorrow, Tuesday 27 August. I will also publish any press anybody wants to send in, ready for the winter builds.
