PREV Winter 1907 Adjudication: NEXT

It appears that none of us GM types got to the winter 1907 adjudication, so here it is. Germany raises two armies, while Italy builds another fleet.

Because we got behind, but I did receive prelims from most of you already, I'll set the spring 1908 deadline as Tuesday, March 1 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. PLEASE be sure to let me know by tomorrow morning (US Central) if this is a problem.

Along with your spring 1908 orders, please be sure to cast your votes on the following endgame proposals:
* 4-way draw among Austria, Germany, Italy, and Turkey
* 3-way draw among Germany, Italy, and Turkey
