The Slavs had no access to their command and thus resorted to self-support instead.
The Swedes now are openly supporting the Romans. Will be interesting to see how that will impact the relationships between the Powers.

I will be away, without access to the Internet from Saturday Dec 20 until Sunday Dec 28.
So I'd like to suggest that the deadline for Spring 960 will be Monday Dec 29, at 23:00 GMT.
And Fall 960 on Monday Jan 5, at 23:00 GMT.
