I need retreats and adjustments, BOTH, by Wednesday at 2100. If you need to see the
retreat to decide what to build, then please feel free to submit contingent builds.

The AG proposal fails and yet another AG draw is proposed for your consideration.

Technically I need three retreats and they are:

Turkish A Constantinople can retreat to Ankara or Smyrna or OTB
French F London can retreat to Wales or OTB
Russian F Norway can retreat to Skagerrak or Norwegian Sea or
Barents Sea or OTB

Since Russia has no more dots I am simply going to retreat it off the board and thank Matt for staying
with his position right to the very end.

That all being said, assuming the units (except Russia) retreat the following adjustments are needed.
