So apparently I just lost track of this game and completely failed to notice until today that the deadline passed days ago. If this ever happens again feel free to shoot me a email to give me a nudge!

Even with the huge time gap Yellow fails to submit a disband, so his F Cerulean is disbanded due to the auto-disband regulations in the DC house rules. Blue opts to disband his dislodged A Cerulean and build F Royal, and Dark builds A Ebony.

The Spring 1909 deadline will be this coming Monday, August 24, at 9 pm eastern. Again my sincerest apologies for the delay.
