PREV  Fall 1907 Adjudication:  NEXT

Facing only token resistance, the Sultan claims a solo astonishingly quickly. All the draw proposals failed, but they were made irrelevant by the Turkish conquest of six supply centres and net gain of five to push him over the threshold. Congratulations to Jerome for his 19-centre victory! Commiserations to Bryan, Mike, and Sean for their survivals, handshakes to Buck and Joseph for their efforts, and a tip of the hat to Colin for giving it a try. I have never seen a game end so quickly, but Turkey had quite a lot of things working in his favour, and I think he capitalised quite nicely.

I concede that this was not my best performance as a GM; errors did nothing to make the game run smoothly, but I want to thank all of you for your participation and your energy devoted to this game. I'd be very interested in reading some AARs, which might at least shed some light on why there was no grand anti-Turk coalition.
