Welcome back after the break!

Unfortunately for Russia, the Motherland's orders must have got lost on the road, and all units hold position. Nevertheless, this season sees many powers positioning themselves for the real action in the Fall, so no units are dislodged and we move directly on to that season.

Please could I have your orders for Fall 08 by Tuesday 23rd August, 8pm GMT.

Since I haven't heard from him for a while I'll just remind everyone that a second NMR would, as per default house rules, see Rado removed from the game. If this happens, I will consider whether it is worth stopping the game to find a new player or whether Russia should just be left in Civil Disorder. Hopefully such a decision will not be necessary.
