An Austria-England-Turkey draw is proposed.  Vote Yes if in favour.  Vote No, or don't vote if not.  Not voting will be counted as a No vote.

Piedmont should be dislodged by Austria. Ven s tus-pie, tus-pie. The orders show that, but the map is incorrect. The unit is disbanded and thus France has 5 centers, 5 units. Right?
