So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

A&E 090205 / DC240: Orders were not received from one player. In this situation, the deadline is delayed for 24 hours to Fri Apr 10th at 10 pm USA eastern time. All players can continue diplomacy and submit new orders until that new deadline. If orders are still not received at that time, then there will be an NMR (all units hold) for that player, and they will have until Mon night to establish contact with me to keep their place in the game.
