Onward ho! Sorry for the slight delay. And because of it, we will
after all have Winter 1906 due this Monday, November 19, at 9 pm
eastern. Adjustments due are listed below.

Also, I forgot to remind everyone at the start of 1906, but according to
my house rules now that it is 1906 game ending proposals can now be
submitted to be voted upon whenever players desire.
