Well despite the fact that it's the fall, everyone seems to use the turn
for positioning only. Black protects his fleet line while advancing his
armies, Red pulls back a fleet and shuffles his armies, Blue covers
Cobalt but loses Aqu to Yellow, who also pulls back on land and advances
on water. If that was too ambiguous for you, well just look at the map.

We have one retreat: Blue F Aqu can retreat to Ind, Sap, or Cer. As
soon as I received the retreat from Hugh I will publish it and, since,
amazingly, we have no adjustments, Spring 1907 will directly follow this
Friday, July 24, at 9 pm eastern.
