Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Folks,
Let me know if these arrows look like absolute crap, or if you think they'll pass. If they're rubbish, I'd appreciate if anyone who can do better would step forward... Apparently none of my graphic programs has arrows.
