Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Folks,
I just heard from Thomas, who's still with us. He's moving on short notice, which is why he missed the deadline. He'll be back in the swing of things by the next major season, so we'll just go on with the game as-is.
I've already received one set of builds, so as soon as I get the second, we'll move on.
