So I never received retreats from Bill; in fact, I haven't heard from
him at all since the initial retreats he sent me. Thus, I am inclined
to look for another replacement. However, there is an end-game proposal
on the table. Therefore I would appreciate it if you all would send me
your votes now (if you haven't already); if the four active players all
approve the proposal, I will call the game. Otherwise I will look for a
replacement Russia. Either way, my apologies for letting this game
stumble a bit lately; if the game continues I will do my best to get it
back up to speed.
