I have a German/Austrian End Game Proposal.  Please provide your votes on the Proposal with your Builds/Disbands this Winter.  I will remind you again when I post the results of the Retreats.
 
Normally I would automatically do Turkey’s retreat; however, since there are two options for Germany’s retreat I will leave Turkey’s retreat open as well.  Monday is a holiday (MLK) for those of us with jobs that observe banking holidays.  So, Joe, Brandon, please provide me your retreats as soon as possible . . . but no later than Tuesday.  Thanks.
