Brian, I hate to process NMR’s for anyone especially if they’ve sent in orders but the rule is clear. The following is right from the WB rules page:

All orders, and revisions of orders that you submit, should be sent to both your GM, and to the backup of orders-at-diplomaticcorp-dot-com. It will happen that GMs will on occasion be unable to run a turn, and in those cases, one of your TDs will run the turn based on the orders in that backup orders box. Therefore it is vitally important that every set of orders you submit gets copied to both places. If you have sent your orders only to the GM, and a turn needs to be run from the backup, you will get an NMR for the turn. Proving that you did send orders to the GM (but not cc'd to orders) will not be cause to overturn such an NMR.

Hey again Blitzers,

Two years have come and gone and it seems like we just got started. We did! Things are moving right along. We had a couple bumps in the road getting all the games going together but everything is now on track, stats are up to date, and games are cruising.

A bit of an important advisory, some players are still not copying the orders mailbox, orders-at-diplomaticcorp.com. This is leading to NMRs as Garry or I cover a turn. With 4 turns per week across 9 games, it is very likely that we will get called to duty on a somewhat regular basis - so remember to copy that orders box on every submission! Turns are not backed up even in the case where you sent orders to your GM, if they were not also copied to orders.

Standings!

So far it’s a pretty close match all around. 16 players have 6 or more supply centers, and only two have managed a better start at 7 and 9 sc. As for average country performances, it’s a dead heat - the best country (Russia) is averaging 4.54 points, and the worst (Austria) is averaging 4.38 points. A spread of a mere 0.16! This suggests Russians are ahead of Austrians by on average 1.6 supply centers. As players start to get eliminated, we’ll see the standings diverge a bit more.
