Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Two more fleets join the fray, while Russia fails to submit a removal order - so he loses the unit farthest from home.

Spring 1909 orders will be due Monday 3/8 at 3pm Central (US) / 21:00 GMT. As Nathan posted yesterday, there is an endgame proposal open for voting this turn, a 2-way draw between England and Turkey. Please be sure to cast your vote along with your orders. Thanks!

Cory

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
