Gentlemen,
And things were progressing so nicely...
We have our first NMR, as our Sultan Jeff fails to submit orders. He is not punished for it though immediately - keeping all his three units. The same cannot be said for his neighboring Czar - two of his troops are dislodged and will need to retreat. In addition, up to three troops will need to be removed in the winter.

Russian A Rumania can retreat to Galicia, Ukraine, Sevastopol or OTB.Russian F Sweden can retreat to Gulf of Bothnia, Baltic Sea, Skagerrak or OTB.
Then we have the builds coming up:
