So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Folks, I made a slight error with regard to a Norse unit. F Hordaland was ordered to Rogaland Coast, not the province of Rogaland. Here's the new map.
