Thanks for the patience everyone. Austria fails to submit retreats and, unfortunately, the game cannot wait any further. The Arch-duke gets charged with an NRR and both red units are removed from the board. Meanwhile, Germany opts to retreat his northern fleet OTB as well. Build counts are therefore adjusted: Germany gains a build, Austria no longer requires to disband.

And with that, we get to wish each other a very Disco Christmas. Hope everyone's Yuletide is jolly and that Santa is good to all of you. =) Winter 1902 Adjustments will be due after a short break, on Thursday, December 27th (11:59 PM GMT).
