Orders are due tomorrow at 9 pm ET. Remember to also vote on the FAIR draw proposal as well as on the proposal to release voting information for the recent failed draw proposals. Also remember that we are now one year into the two year period without substantive change required to force a DIAS draw. Baring a change in circumstance (dislodgment, SC change or other development that implies the latter is forthcoming) the game will be declared a draw at the end of this game year. Mark your orders final and I'll adjudicate early!
