Here's the updated map. I already have quite a few winter adjustments, so I'm feeling good about getting winter done today.

The Dulcerian army in Rumania disbands.
Winter adjustments are still due tomorrow (Friday) at 3:00 CST / 20:00 GMT. I will update the maps when I arrive at work in the morning.
Spring 1902 should be Wednesday at the usual time."
