Draw is voted down, nothing moves.
Even the Scythian goats cant be bothered by the efforts of their Persian molestors.

I’m calling this year 2 turns of “no substantial change”. If 2 more seasons pass w no activity, it will be declared DIAS.

I love GM’ing, but really… if you’re not going to pass the draw or do something, my efforts could be better spent bludgeoning my head with a large mallet.

2 builds. Due Wed, 2pm Pacific. If either nation builds, I will consider that a reset of the “no substantial change”.

Persia:
Build

Scythia:
Build

DIAS is reproposed for spring.

Diplomacy games may contain lying, stabbing, or deliberately deceiving communications that may not be suitable for and may pose a hazard to young children, gullible adults, and small farm animals.
