Openness: As a sculptor views an uncarved slab of marble with an open-mind, so does a new player view a game of Diplomacy. The history of the game unwritten, the paths it will take and the shape of the results lie in the future, to be known only after the contest is completed.

We have a new Germany "brian macgillivray" rbmacgillivray(at)gmail.com

I will extend the deadline until Monday Jan 21st 8 AM CST (GMT -6) 1400 GMT to give time to talk to the new German. If I receive all order sets marked final, before the deadline, I will adjudicate early.
