Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah, Winter Solstice, Ramadan, whatever it is you celebrate.  Sorry for that bit of a delay, but at least I'm getting it out relatively close to the original deadline.  Its better than I've been doing!  Only 1 retreat and it is of the English variety.  I'll adjudicate it whenever Britain gives me the go-ahead.
