Openness: As a sculptor views an uncarved slab of marble with an open-mind, so does a new player view a game of Diplomacy. The history of the game unwritten, the paths it will take and the shape of the results lie in the future, to be known only after the contest is completed.

Hi folks,

A Draw Including All Survivors (DIAS) has been proposed. Please let me know yes or no with your Spring 1911 orders. A failure to vote will count as a 'no'.

Thanks!
