Captain of the Watch

Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Hey all, we have an G/T draw proposal. Votes due with Spring orders. If the draw passes, I will NOT adjudicate spring, the game will end prior to moves. To pass, all 4 of you must vote yes. Even a single no or a lack of vote period will cause the draw to fail. Should is succeed, the end game point breakdown will be:

Germany: 21.1 Points
Turkey: 20.9 points
France: 4. 8 points
Italy: 4.6 points

20 points for a 2 way draw, 4 points for survival. Everyone gets +.1 for each sc they own.
