Hey all,

Sorry for the lateness of this email. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be resigning from my real life job, and I've been focused on that. Not resigning from the GM position though (doesn't pay quite as much though, ha!). Remember the draw vote is due with spring moves, so if you haven't already voted, do so!

Italy sent in to disband F Rom, which was an admirable attempt to sabotage France's F Rom, but sadly, the game doesn't work quite like that. I assume he meant F Nap, but since that is quite an assumption, I let RP auto-disband F Ionian instead.
