Much to the chagrin of certain individuals on the board.... Italy submits orders out of the blue.
 
Two retreat orders are required, one from Germany and one from Russia.  They are both due tomorrow with the adjustment orders, so I'm going to assume you are all well aware of the "conditional" orders that you can send for retreats.  Ask me if you aren't.
 
Retreats needed:
German A Galicia can retreat to Budapest or Vienna or Bohemia or
           Silesia or OTB
Russian F Rumania can retreat to Sevastopol or Black Sea or
           Bulgaria(ec) or OTB.

I will ask you to figure out your own adjustments.  Keep in mind that the retreats will potentially affect those, so you MUST send conditional orders.... Austria in particular maybe?
