Captain of the Watch

Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

I don't know if we're doing full end game statements or anything, but just a quick note in the meantime...
Thanks for the game everyone, and well played especially to Hugh, Mike and Derek for forming a rock solid stop the leader alliance in the end game.
