Sorry for the delay, everyone, I'm back on track now. For Autumn retreats, England pulls back to the North Sea, while France gives up his claim on German lands. Winter 1902 brings forth lots of ground forces, and only one new fleet.

The deadline for Spring 1903 will be next Thursday 3/27 at 23:59 GMT.
