I received no moves from Italy. Thus I will immediately begin the
search for a new leader for the boot. Unfortunately this will hold up
the start of the game, but I will try to get it going as fast as
possible. Kevin, if you still want to play let me know ASAP and please
explain why you missed the first deadline...
