Gentlemen,

My apologies for my lack of availability these past few days. I'm now back home for a couple of weeks, so should be able to keep things rolling along.

Spring 1908 is due on Monday, July 14 at 21:00 MDT.

Here are the adjustments for winter 07. Russia's disband is a default:

Remove A Rumania

Russia:
