Resolve - steadfastness to ones allies and refusal to abandon the effort. These traits mark the Knight of the Alliance through the shifting allegences of the game. Although the allies may change, the Diplomats resolve remains constant.

Another rule clarification, the neutral armies do not survive if they have no supply to keep them alive! Therefore only 2 neutrals remain in the game:

Neutrals:
A Handan (home center is Sung)
A Nan Tsechuan (home center is Lu)
