Farsightedness: The Butterfly Effect states that a butterfly that flaps its wings in Malaysia could cause a typhoon in British Columbia. So too could minor variations in one part of the board affect play across the board. The Captain of Watch asesses the board for all possible impacts - both immediate and long-term.

Hi all,

Late-breaking news on the Baltic Diplomatic front. A 3-way Finnish/Polish/Swedish draw has been proposed. If we have all votes in regarding this by the Winter deadline, I'll announce the result. Otherwise, I'll schedule a deadline for following the Winter turn.

Cheers!
