Fewer survivors means less map tinkering for me, especially when old allies bounce their orders.

Adjustments are due tomorrow from Austria, Italy, and Russia. One has already been pre-ordered. After that, there is no promise of email contact from Austria until the 17th. So, I will set S1907 for Friday, February 20th at 1000 CST.

Additionally, there is a draw proposal for AEFR. One naysayer or abstention will nix the proposal, so get me votes by next Thursday. All votes are as anonymous as my recent vote for Barack Obamaâ€¦ or moreso.
