All,
We finally got all orders in but I was traveling so couldn't adjudicate. Just a note - I try to schedule turns when fit my schedule so when we have delays it also causes a delay because I may or may not be able to get to the turn. Anyhow...

We do have retreats necessary before Winter and they have multiple options:

Italian F LYO can retreat to Spa(sc), Pie or OTB
Russian A Swe can retreat to Fin or OTB
Russian F Nwy can retreat to StP(nc), SKA, BAR or OTB

If you guys can get those in by Sep 5th at 4p CST we can move to Winter. Winter adjustments will be dependent on retreats.

Tentatively Winter turn will be due Sep 7th at 4p CST.
