Hi gang,
Well, I don't know quite what to tell you. I just went through another work laptop - this new one of mine now refuses to load past the 'Login to Windows' screen. I have no idea what I do to these things - but now the only laptop I have handy is my Mac. Which, unfortunately, I cannot run RP on for the Imperial variant.

So here is the written adjudication for the Early Winter 1872 retreats. If one of you kind souls has the heart to create a map and distribute it, it wouldn't go unappreciated. I will attempt to resolve this latest laptop disaster as soon as I can. (For those of you curious, the Mac is surviving through this laptop carnage quite nicely...)

A Dutch solo has been proposed for your consideration. Yay or nay votes for this will be due with the Winter adjustments - the deadline set for Tuesday, May 13th (11:59 PM GMT).

Concerning the build count and my last email - one of you fine folks has corrected me on that score. While the SC count I put out yesterday was correct, the build count wasn't.. For the following reasons:
- Holland gained 6 centers and lost a units in Kashmir -> 7 builds
- China lost 5 centers, lost 1 unit in Spring retreats -> 4 disbands

Thus, the EW 1872 retreats:

Austria retreats A Abyssinia OTB
China retreats A Peking to Langchow
Russia retreats F Angora to Eastern Med
Russia retreats A Baku to Georgia
Russia retreats A Rumania to Serbia

And the updated and resulting 1872 Adjustments Count:

USA: 44 Supply centers, 37 Units: Builds 7 units.

CSA: 0 Supply centers, 0 Units: Builds 0 units.
Mexico: 0 Supply centers, 0 Units: Builds 0 units.
Prussia: 0 Supply centers, 0 Units: Builds 0 units.
Turkey: 0 Supply centers, 0 Units: Builds 0 units.
