Apologies for the delay. I was giving as long as possible to run down Russia but I had no luck and have to place him in NMR for the turn. Hopefully this is temporary because a Spring NMR would mean CD for a (still) relatively larger power. A lot of action this time around, including...

AN EGP (end-game proposal)! On the table for voting with SPRING orders is a R/F/A 3-way proposal. All votes are secret and must be submitted with orders for Spring. IF someone forgets to vote OR NMR's, those count as NO votes. It takes a YES vote from each remaining power to pass.

But, before Spring we have a retreat to deal with and Winter adjustments. The retreat had one option so I took it:

Russian A Ber retreats to Pru.

It can go OTB but given Winter adjustments that may not matter. Speaking of Winter adjustments:

Let's get those orders in by Friday at 4p CST so we can get them dealt with before the weekend. It's opening weekend for the Premiere League of which I am a fan and I don't want orders hanging over our heads while watching.
